Converts art into a feeling of calm and balance
Louise's distinctive style with straight lines arose by accident when one day she began experimenting with painter's tape. It was the placement of the tape, not the paint, that created the most interesting patterns, and this intuitive working process quickly became a central part of her artistic expression. Louise also experiments with a range of materials such as paint, marker, fabric, and cardboard, which together create works with exciting three-dimensional depth. Her inspiration comes from the small patterns and structures she encounters in everyday life, from nature to everyday objects, which she transforms into art with a sense of calm and balance.
